摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展，如今数字电视已经被模拟的电视所取代了，人们使用DVB的业务将会越来越频繁，DVB-C是一种新兴起的数据传输方案，它具有灵活性和高速性，为以后的发展奠定了基础。软交换技术是根据不同的技术和协议，以及网络设备之间形成互操作，可以有利于对各种通信业务协议进行处理。新的系统方案可以带来新的运营模式。本文首先对IPIV技术与软交换技术进行简单的介绍，针对DVB-C系统提供的服务及特点进行了分析，最后提出了IPTV节目软交换的DVB—C播出系统设计方案。With the continuous development of digital television has now been replaced by analog TV, DVB-business people will be using more and more frequently, DVB-C is a new emerging data transmission scheme, it has flexibility and high speed, for the future development of the foundation. Soft-switching technology is based on different technologies and protocols, and interoperability between the network equipment can be beneficial for a variety of communication services protocol for processing. The new system solution can bring new business model. This paper first IPTV technology and softswitch technology brief, DVB-C system for the services provided and characteristics were analyzed, and finally made a softswitch IPTV programs broadcast DVB-C system design.
