摘　　要：通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,分别从学校、教师、学生三个方面探讨了山东省普通高校足球伤害事故综合预防体系存在的不足,并在此基础之上重点阐述综合预防体系的构建,以期为山东省足球伤害事故的预防提供理论借鉴.Using literature consultation, expert interview, questionnaire method, this article explores the deficiency of the comprehensive prevention system of the football injury accidents of colleges＇ students in Shandong province from three aspects of college, teachers, and students. Moreover, we emphases on the comprehensive prevention system construction, which provide theoretical reference for the prevention of the football injury accidents of colleges＇ students in Shandong province.
