新型鸭肝炎病毒试验感染雏鸭的临床症状及病理学变化

摘　　要：为进一步研究新型鸭肝炎病毒感染雏鸭的临床症状及病理变化,试验采用新型鸭肝炎病毒清远1株、高要1株感染雏鸭,观察感染雏鸭不同时期组织病理学变化。结果表明:新型鸭肝炎病毒感染雏鸭24小时时开始死亡,死亡高峰期为24～48 h,发病死亡率高达85.8%;发病雏鸭表现为精神萎靡,厌食,嗜睡,对外界刺激不敏感,死前抽搐,双脚做划水样,死亡鸭只呈角弓反张姿势;肝脏、肾脏、脾脏病变明显,出血性坏死严重,胰脏局灶性坏死,肝脏有脂肪蓄积。To observe the changes in different times, the experiment used two strains of the new serotype of DHV to infect 4 - day - old young ducks, which each isolated from Qingyuan and Gaoyao county respectively. The results showed that the ducks started to die from 24 h after infected by the new serotype DHV,its peak of death was from 24 h to 48 h, and its mortality rate reached as high as 85.8 %. The diseased ducklings were described as insensitive with outside stimulation, lethargy, anorexia, drowsiness, convulsing before death, paddle spasmodically showing a- cute opisthotonos for the the death ducks. The pathological observation indicated that the hepar,kidney and spleen had serious hemorrhagic nec- resis, pancreas with focal necrosis and hepar with lipopexia.
