摘　　要：信息化与工业化融合是促进产业升级和实现现代产业体系的重要条件。"两化融合"的重点在于制造业,同时也要加强与现代服务业的融合。在我国新型工业化进程中,技术、环境、体制和政策等诸多障碍阻止和减缓了"两化融合"的顺利进行,因此需要从提高信息化水平、提升自主创新能力、培育信息化人才、建设中介服务机制等方面选择"两化融合"最直接和最快捷的路径,以实现我国新型工业化道路。The fusion of informatization and industrialization is the important condition in upgrading industries and realizing modern industrial system. The key points of the fusion lie in manufacturing industry and modern service industry as well. In the process of industrialization, technology, environment, system and policy obstacles hold back and slow down the progress of fusion, so we should improve the intbrmatization, enhance the ability of independent innovation, cultivate information professionals, construction intermediary service mechanism and choose a direct and fast path so as to achieve a new - type industrialization.
