摘　　要：国际金融危机后战略性新兴产业的发展出现了许多新的特点和趋势,必将改变世界经济增长的轨迹和旧有的格局。我国已经具备发展战略性新兴产业的基本要素和条件,应充分借鉴国外先进经验抓好落实战略性新兴产业的培育工作,以争夺未来世界经济和产业的主导权。After the international financial crisis, emerging industries appears new features and trends, those will changes the trajectory of the world economic growth and the old patterns. China has the basic elements and conditions to develop strategic emerging industries. To acquire the dominant in the world economy and industry, It is worthy of learning advanced experience from foreign countries to breed China strategic emerging industries.
