粤澳合作开发横琴的现状与前瞻——基于博弈论的视角

摘　　要：2009年国家批复了《横琴总体发展规划》,为粤澳合作开发横琴提供了新的契机。本文根据有关文件和现实,归纳了粤澳合作开发横琴的基础、背景和意义;并运用博弈论对粤澳合作开发横琴取得的政策效果和基本动因进行了分析,在此基础上提出了粤澳共同开发横琴的未来展望。There is long history of Guangdong and Macao cooperation. Guangdong and Macao take the advantage of popularity, geography and policy of Special Administrative Region to strengthen closed cooperation relationship, expand the cooperation field, rationalize the cooperation aproach. The state approval the ＂Overall Development Plan of Hengqin Island＂, which provide new opportunity for Guangdong and Mccao cooperating to develope Hengqin island. This paper generalize its basis, background and significance, analyze its policy effect and motivetion on perspective of the game theory. Andthen propose preview of Guangdong and Macao co- operate to develope Hengqin Island in terms of infrastructure, social policy, public service, environment and integration of resources
