摘　　要：随着"全民学习、终身学习"理念的提出,继续教育在构建学习型社会中的作用日益重要,电大系统师资队伍建设也显得更加重要和紧迫。本文对温州电大教师队伍的现状进行了详尽的分析,就如何加强温州电大师资队伍的建设进行了探讨。With the concept of ＂universal learning,lifelong learning＂ putting forward,the role of continuing education in building a learning society becomes increasingly important,so teaching staff construction of Wenzhou Radio Television University is even more important and urgent.In this paper,the status of teachers in Wenzhou Radio Television University is analyzed in detail,and the way to strengthen the teaching staff construction is discussed.
