摘 要:[目的]建立一种简便、快速分析医疗机构污水中铵氮的离子色谱测定方法。[方法]取一定量的水样用超纯水稀释定容后,通过在线渗析技术对试样溶液进行前处理并直接进行分析。[结果]铵氮在0.20~20 mg/L内具有良好的线性,相关系数(r)>0.999 9,方法的检出限NH4+-N为0.018 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3.0%,加标回收率为96.2%~100.1%。[结论]在线渗析的前处理方法能有效去除复杂水样中的有机等干扰物,较好地净化试样溶液,该方法用于医疗机构污水中铵氮测定,快速简便,结果令人满意。[ Objective ] To establish an ion chromatography method for the simple and rapid analysis of ammonium nitrogen in medical organization sewage. [ Methods ] After a certain amount of samples diluted to volume with ultrapure water, on-line dialysis was developed for the solution pretreatment. [ Results ] The linear range of this method was 0.20-20mg/L with the correlation coefficient r〉 0.999 9. The detection limit of NH4+-N was 0.018 rag/L, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 3.0%, and the recovery was between 96.2% and 100.1%. [ Conclusion ] The on-line dialysis pretreatment can effectively eliminate organic and other interfering substances to purify the samples. It is a quick and simple method to determine the ammonium nitrogen in medical organization sewage.
