摘　　要：目录学在读书治学的道路上意义重大。清王鸣盛、江藩等学者多有论及。《隋书.经籍志》注中"梁有"的正确含义亦为前代学者所揭示,然而笔者发现,学界在目录学的基本问题上还存在着误解。本文针对部分学者对《隋书.经籍志》注中的"梁有"含义的误解以及笔者在《七录序目》的笺注过程中所发现的问题展开论述。Bibliography makes a significant effect on scholarly study. In this regard, Wang Mingsheng, Jiang Fan in the Qing Dynasty and other scholars had discussed. The former generation of scholars had already revealed the correct meaning of ＂Liangyou＂, but the author finds that there are still some misunderstandings on some basic problems in the bibliography. In this book, the author starts a discussion on the misunderstanding of ＂Liangyou＂ in the Chi Sui Dynasty · Classics and the problems identified in the process of the annotations of Preface Recorded Seven Heads .
