摘　　要：为提高人际情报网络构建、管理和维护的科学性和有效性,本文首先对知识自组织理论以及人际情报网络的本质进行了深入的分析;而后在此基础上,对人际情报网络自组织特性进行论证,并指出其也是一个自组织系统;紧接着本文对人际情报网络的自组织机理进行了探讨;最后依据人际情报网络的自组织机理提出人际情报网络构建、管理和维护的相关建议,以期充分发挥人际情报网络在情报搜集、分析和提供服务等方面的作用,增强组织的竞争力。In order to improve the effectiveness of the human intelligence network＇s construction, management and maintenance, this paper first does some analyses on the knowledge self-organization theory and human intelligence network; then, based on above analysis, this paper demonstrates the characteristics of human intelligence network as a self-organization system; and then this paper discussed the self-organization mechanism of human intelligence network; finally, this paper proposes some advice on the construction, management and maintenance of human intelligence network to make full use of human intelligence network in intelligence collection, analysis and services to improve the organization＇s competitiveness.
