摘  要:目的:比较单剂量磷酸钠盐口服液与复方聚乙二醇电解质散在患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的有效性、耐受性及不良反应发生情况。方法:拟行结肠镜检查的470例患者随机均分为2组,各235例。A组服用磷酸钠盐口服液,B组服用聚乙二醇电解质散,观察2种药物清洁肠道的效果、口感、不良反应及患者耐受情况。结果:A组服药到首次排便时间、服药到最后一次排便时间均较B组短,排便次数明显少于B组(P<0.01);2组的肠道清洁有效率和口感评价比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组的大量气泡率高于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组,且患者的耐受性优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单剂量磷酸钠盐肠道清洁效果好,肠道准备时间短,耐受性好,不良反应少。OBJECTIVE: To compare the effectiveness, tolerability and adverse drug reaction between a single dose of sodium phosphate oral solution and Compound polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder in bowel preparation before colonoscopy. METH- ODS: 470 patients undergoing colonscopy were randomized into 2 groups with 235 cases in each group. Group A received oral sodi- um phosphate, while group 13 received polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder for the bowel preparation. Effect of bowel cleansing, taste, adverse drug reactions and tolerance were observed. RESULTS: The average time from taking medicine to either the first def- ecation or last defecation of group A were shorter than those of group B, the defecation number of group A was also less than that of group B (P〈0.01). Group A was similar to group B both in effective rate of bowel cleansing and taste (P〉0.05). Group A was higher than group B in the rate of large number of bubbles, lower in the rate of adverse drug reactions, and better than in the toler- ance (P〈0.05). CONCLUSIONS: A single dose of sodium phosphate has good quality of bowel cleansing. It also has the benefits of less preparation time, better tolerance and less adverse drug reactions.
