摘  要:目的观察穿山甲片水提物的镇痛作用。方法①将50只雌性小鼠采用随机数字表法分为5组:生理盐水组、盐酸曲马多组、穿山甲片水提物高剂量组(3.00 g/kg)、中剂量组(1.50 g/kg)、低剂量组(0.75 g/kg),每组10只,灌胃给药,采用热板法观察其镇痛作用。②将另50只小鼠按①的分组及给药方法操作,采用醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果穿山甲片水提物各剂量组均能提高小鼠热板法的痛阈值,与生理盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);穿山甲片水提取物高剂量组、中剂量组对小鼠醋酸所致的扭体反应有抑制作用,与生理盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穿山甲片水提物具有镇痛作用,镇痛效果与剂量成量效关系。Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of water extract of pangolin scales. Methods (1) female mice were divided into 5 groups with the method of random number table : normal saline group, tramadol hydrochloride group, aqueous extract of pangolin scales of high-dose group ( 3.00 g/kg), middle-dose group ( 1.50 g/kg), low-dose group(0.75 g/kg), 10 mice for each group, with intragastric administration, observed the analgesic effect with the hot-plate test. (2)Another 50 mice were also randomly divided into 5 groups, the method for grouping and administration was the same as above (1), but observed the analgesic effect with the acetic acid induced writhing test. Results Water extract can obviously increased the algesic threshold by the hot-plate test, compared with the control group, there was statistical significance(P 〈 0. 05 ). Water extract of pangolin scale also can inhibited the writhing response of mice, compared with the control group, and there was significant difference among high-dose group, meddle-dose group and the control group(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Water extract of pangolin scale has a good effect on analgesia, and the analgesic effect has dose-effect relationship.
