摘　　要：目的:以"不合理现象个数"评价服用中药煎剂的总体依从性及其与疗效的相关性。方法:取2010年7-12月内服用过中药煎剂的护士作为对象,进行访谈式调查,以出现"不合理现象个数"作为评价指标。结果:(1)按个数分级后的依从性人群分布基本呈正态;(2)依从性与自觉疗效呈等级正相关(r=0.9876;r=0.9902);(3)依从性"较好"与"较差"、"好"和"差"相比,自觉有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);(4)"依从性好"的不适症状发生比例低于"依从性差"的人群,但无统计学差异。结论:服用中药煎剂总体依从性与自觉疗效呈明显相关,以出现"不合理现象个数"作为指标评价"服用中药煎剂总体依从性"具有可操作性。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the correlation between compliance and therapeutic efficacy of Chinese medicine decoction according to the numbers of unreasonable behavior. METHODS： The nurses who had taken Chinese medicine decoction during Jul.-Dec.in 2010 were interviewed. The number of unreasonable behavior during taking Chinese medicine decoction was employed as evaluation index. RESULTS： The population distribution was similar to normal distribution according to the grade of the numbers of unreasonable behavior. There was a positive correlation between compliance grade and subjective curative effect grade（r= 0.987 6;r=0.990 2）. There was a significant difference of the subjective effective rate between the better compliance and the worse compliance, good compliance and bad compliance（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. The incidence of discomfort in patients with good compliance was lower than patients with bad compliance, but there was no statistical difference. CONCLUSION： Results demonstrate that there is an obviously correlation between compliance and subjective therapeutic efficacy of Chinese medicine decoction and show that the methods of analyzing the patient＇ s compliance according to the numbers of unreasonable behavior during taking Chinese medicine decoction are practicable.
