摘　　要：目的:将精益管理方法运用到中药房信息系统,实现中药快速调剂与零差错。方法:分析我院中药房实施小包装和代煎药信息化所带来的问题,并提出改进措施。结果与结论:精益管理和信息系统结合实施以后,实现了比传统中药房更加快捷和准确的调剂;并使传统中药学与现代信息技术和精益管理理念完美结合。OBJECTIVE： To apply lean management in the information management of TCM dispensary in order to realize fast and error-free dispensary of TCM. METHODS： Problems accompanying small-package and decoction of TCM in our TCM dispensary were analyzed, and corrective improvement measures were proposed. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： The combination of lean management and information management of TCM dispensary leads to quicker and more accurate dispensing than traditional TCM dispensary. It is a perfect integration of TCM, modem information technology and lean management theory.
