摘 要:目的探索Mimics软件在诊断齿状突骨折中的价值。方法 18例齿状突骨折上颈椎基于64排螺旋平扫得到连续薄层二维图像,数字化三维医学影像交互式控制软件系统(materialise’s interactive medical image control system,Mimics软件)分别重建颅骨、寰椎体、枢椎的三维可视化结构。结果根据骨折部位按Anderson and D’Alonzo分型,将齿状突骨折分为3型:Ⅰ型为尖端骨折,2例;Ⅱ型为基底骨折,12例;Ⅲ型为枢椎椎体部骨折,4例。结论 Mimics软件对诊断急性或陈旧性齿状突骨折及确定骨折类型具有重要价值,为齿状突骨折手术入路的选择、治疗方案的确定提供了客观的依据。Objective To explore the value of Mimics software in diagnosing odontoid fractures.Methods Continuous two-dimensional images of 18 cases of odontoid fractures were acquired.Mimics software was applied to reconstruct the three-dimensional images of akull,atlas and axis.Results The patients were classified into three types according to the methods introduced by Anderson and D'Alonzo:typeⅠfracture was located in the tip of the odontoid process(2 cases);typeⅡfracture was located in the base of the odontoid process(14 cases);typeⅢ fracture was located in the body of axis(4 cases).Conclusion Mimics Software is of great value in the diagnosis of odontoid fractures.It can provide objective references for the selection of treatment programs.
