区域科技创新平台网络化演进过程及机制研究

摘　　要：科技创新平台作为支撑创新活动的重要载体和核心力量,在区域科技与经济发展中发挥着重要的作用。本文对区域科技创新平台的结构与特征进行系统分析,将区域科技创新平台网络化演进过程分为开创探索阶段、协同整合阶段、网络成熟阶段和网络衰退阶段,并剖析不同阶段的网络特征,提出区域科技创新平台网络化机制,以加速其平台建设进程。As the important carrier and core strength of innovation activities, sci-tech innovation platform plays an important role in regional economic and technological development. The structure and characteristic of regional sci-tech innovation platform are analyzed in this paper. Then the networking evolution process is divided into four stages including exploration stage, integration stage, maturation stage and decline stage. This paper discusses the characteristics of different stages. Finally, it proposes related evolutionary mechanisms to speed up the evolution and prevent a decline in the network.
