摘  要:目的:探讨白药主要成分对整合素αvβ3以及CD31在兔骨折修复过程中表达的影响及意义。方法:新西兰大白兔75只,随机分为5组,每组15只,手术制作双侧桡骨中段骨干缺损模型,在左侧缺损间分别植入含有白药1~5号粉剂的医用明胶海绵,作为实验组,分别为白药1、2、3、4、5号组。右侧同样手术处理,只是骨缺损中植入不含白药粉的医用明胶海绵,作为对照组;观察不同时期1~5号白药原药成分对骨痂组织中整合素αvβ3以及新生血管内皮细胞(Endothelial cell,EC)特异性标志物CD31表达的影响。结果:在骨折愈合的早期,1~5号白药原药成分增加骨痂中整合素αvβ3以及CD31基因的表达水平,具有加速骨折断端血管新生重建的作用。结论:白药原药成分在骨折愈合的早期,具有促进骨痂内整合素αvβ3表达的作用,从而促进骨折血管新生,加速骨折愈合。Objective:To explore the effects of major components in Baiyao on the expression of integrinαvβ3 and CD31 during the process of experimental rabbit fracture healing and understand its significance.Methods:75 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups in this experiment.After the fracture model of both radius was established by operation,every medical gelatin sponge containing number 1,2,3,4,5 Yunnan Baiyao component was put into all left bone defects of radius separately as 1,2,3,4,5 experiment groups,and the medical gelatin sponge containing nothing was put into all right defects as control groups.The effects of Yunnan Baiyao on the expression of integrinαvβ3 and CD31(The sign of angiogenesis) at different times in the course of bone healing were observed.Results:The expression of integrinαvβ3 and CD31 in number 1-5 Yunnan Baiyao groups was higher than that in control groups at the early stage of fracture healing.Conclusion:Baiyao enhances the expression of integrinαvβ3 and CD31 in the callus,accelerates the vascularization at the broken ends of fractured bone,improves the blood circulation of the fractured extremity,thus promotes the healing of fractured bone.
