摘  要:概述了冷态模型试验在现代工业生产中的重要性,阐述了溶液的混匀时间、传质以及流场的测定方法,并对各种测定方法进行了分类和应用举例。最后对熔池流场的测定方法进行了归纳和对比,提出了在运用冷态模型试验时,应将传统熔池显示技术与现代计算机图形处理技术相结合,以达到精确地分析和研究熔池流场现象的效果。The importance of cold model experiments in the modern industrial production was introduced,and testing method of mixing time,mass transfer and flow field of solute was approached.Meanwhile,different testing methods were classified and related application was presented.Finally,the testing method to flow field of molten-pool was summarized and compared.It was pointed out that during using cold model experiment process,traditional molten-pool display techniques should be combined with modern computer graph-treatment technology to realize the precision analysis of flow field.
