摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)与骨质疏松(OP)在临床上属于常见疾病,严重威胁患者身心健康。但是,无论医生还是患者对其危害程度认识还不够。为了进一步了解类风湿关节炎与骨质疏松之间的相互关系,特别是RA并发OP的发生机制,本文对该病的流行病学研究、病理生理机制、诊断、预防与治疗的最新研究进展进行综述,以期加深医务工作者对RA并发OP的了解和重视。Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） and osteoporosis （OP） are common diseases in clinics, which seriously threat the physical and mental health of the patients. However, both doctors and patients have not known its damage extent very well. To learn more about the relationship between rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis, particularly the mechanism of RA accompanied with OP, this paper reviews current progress in epidemiological study, pathophysiological mechanism, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment for the disease, in order to improve the knowledge and concern of health care workers in RA combined with OP.
