摘 要:甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)是一种肽类激素,调节钙磷代谢,是维持机体钙平衡的主要激素,其外周代谢在肾脏、骨及肝脏中进行,并直接作用于骨和肾,靶细胞为成骨细胞及肾小管细胞。PTH通过刺激成骨细胞增生分化、直接抑制成骨细胞凋亡,延长成骨作用时间,促进衬骨细胞向成骨细胞转化及刺激成骨细胞产生IGF-1和转化生长因子发挥其骨合成作用。PTH的促进成骨细胞形成及骨的矿化作用,在骨质疏松的治疗中日益受到关注,本文将有关进展做一介绍。Parathyroid hormone (PTH) is a peptide hormone. It can regulate the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus and is the main hormone to maintain the balance of calcium. The peripheral metabolism of PTH is performed in the kidney, liver, and bone, and PTH directly acts on the bone and kidney. The target cells of PTH are osteoblasts and renal tubular cells. PTH stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, directly inhibits the apoptosis of osteoblasts, extends the duration of bone formation, promotes the transformation of bone lining cell to osteoblasts, and stimulates the formation of IGF-1 and transforming growth faetor. The effect of PTH on promoting the formation of osteoblasts and bone mineralization has been gradually concerned for the treatment of osteoporosis. This paper reviews the recent progress of PTH.
