摘  要:目的:观察鱼腥草体外对HIV假病毒的作用。方法:鱼腥草给予大鼠灌胃,采血制备含药血清;HIV假病毒载体pNL4-3 Luc R-E-和质粒phRL-SV40瞬时转染HEK293T细胞;含药血清刺激各组细胞,培养24 h后观察荧光素酶活性及检测P24蛋白含量。结果:实验组的荧光素酶值和P 24蛋白含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:鱼腥草对HIV假病毒复制具有一定的抑制作用,推测其具有潜在的抗艾滋功效。Objective: This study was designed to investigate the effect of Houttuynia cordata thunb on pseudotyped HIV in vitro. Methods: The adult wistar rats were administered intragastrically,and their blood was obtained and the separated serum were termed as medicated serum.Transient transfection was used to co-transfect the pNL4-3 Luc R-E-vectorand phRL-SV40 vector into HEK293T cells.Then the cells were stimulated by medicated serum for 24h to analyze luciferase activity and detect content of P24. Results: The level of luciferase activity and P24 protein of the experimental group were both remarkably lower than that of control(P0.01). Conclusion: Houttuynia cordata Thunb may have some inhibitory effect on HIV-1 replication and were thus presumed to have the potential anti-AIDS effect.
