摘　　要：目的:观察经皮单枚B-twin椎体间融合术治疗退变性下腰椎不稳症的有效性。方法:对30例患者共32间隙实施了经皮穿刺椎间融合术,于手术前后对临床情况进行JOA评分,并行腰椎X光及CT检查对比。结果:随访时间3～38个月(平均16个月),根据JOA评分标准,临床治疗结果:优10例、良15例、可3例、差2例,优良率83.33%。结论:经皮单枚B-twin椎体间融合术可以有效的治疗退变性腰椎不稳症,但是正确选择手术适应症和掌握手术的技术要点是确保疗效的前提。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of percutaneous posterior lumbar interbody fusion implanted using single B-twin in Degenerative lumbar spinal instability. Methods： The 30 patients（32 intervertebral spaces） had surgery in this study,The clinical outcome was evaluated by JOA scale and X-rays and CT examination before and after operation. Results： After follow-up of 3 to 38 months（mean 16 months）,all the patients were evaluated and excellent in 10 cases,good 15 cases,fair 3 cases,poor 2 case,the excellent and good rate was 83.33% according to the JOA scale. Conclusion： Percutaneou posterior lumbar interbody fusion implanted using single B-twin can be effective treatment for degenerative lumbar spinal instability,but the correct choice of surgical indications and surgical techniques to master is to ensure the efficacy of the premise.
