摘　　要：目的:分析17例舌咽神经痛的临床特点、术式及疗效。方法:2007年9月至2011年4月对17例确诊为原发性舌咽神经痛患者进行颈侧经颈静脉孔舌咽神经切断术。结果:17例患者均行颈侧切开经颈静脉孔舌咽神经切断术,术后随访6月～4 a,所有患者疼痛症状均完全消失。其中15例术后疼痛立即消失,1例于术后两周疼痛完全消失,1例于术后3个月后疼痛完全消失。结论:颈侧切开经颈静脉孔舌咽神经切断术治疗原发性舌咽神经痛疗效确切,创伤小,术式简单安全。Objective： To analyze the clinical characteristics and to appraise the surgical methods through the jugular foramen of glosspharyngeal neuralgia and its therapeutic effect. Methods： The gloss pharyngeal neurotomy via trans-cervical jugular foramen approach was applied on 17 patients with primary gloss pharyngeal neuralgia,during Sep.2007 to Apr.2011 in our hospital. Results： All the cases were followed up for 6 months to 4 years,the symptoms of glosspharyngeal neuralgia disappeared thoroughly in 17cases.The symptoms of glosspharyngeal neuralgia disappeared immediately after operation in 15 cases,pain disappeared completely in two weeks in 1 case,and another one case was in three months. Conclusion： The gloss pharyngeal neurotomy via trans-cervical jugular foramen approach is a simple,safe,minimal invasive and effective procedure for glosspharyngeal neuralgia,and the outcome is promising.
