泌尿生殖系创伤的中西医结合疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨参附、大黄、三七、血竭中药在泌尿生殖系创伤中的治疗方法及疗效。方法:采用随机对照分析我院泌尿外科2005年至2008年收治的损伤严重度评分(ISS)≥16分的152例严重泌尿生殖系损伤病人情况。结果:采用参附、大黄、三七、血竭中药治疗在休克抢救及降低后期并发症等疗效方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:采用分阶段中西医结合的方法,在治疗的不同时间段,制定个性化方案,从而达到降低病死率、减少并发症发生。Objective： To investigate the treatment and therapeutic effect of the Senfu,Rhubarb,Sanchi,Dragon＇s blood in the urinary and reproductive system injury. Methods： To analysis 152 patients with severe genitourinary injury and injury severity score（ISS）≥16 in the Department of Urology of our hospital,in 2005-2008,by randomized controlled analysis. Results： Compared with the control group,application of the Senfu,Rhubarb,Sanchi,Dragon＇s blood in the shock and the late complications therapy has significant differences. Conclusion： To apply the integrated traditional and western medicine with different stage treatment in different periods,and adopt individuation program,which can reduce mortality and complications.
