锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板在治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折中的应用和效果。方法 2007年1月至2010年1月诊治98例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折,按AO分型均为C2或C3型骨折。锁定钢板治疗30例,手法复位石膏托外固定68例。结果 Gartland-Werley评分来评定患肢功能,显示闭合复位石膏固定组的优良率为82.4%(56/68),切开复位锁定钢板固定组的优良率为93.3%(28/30)。结论锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折固定牢固,能早期功能锻炼,尤其适用于老年骨质疏松患者。Objective To evaluate the application of locking plate in treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with comminuted distal radius fractures admitted from Jan 2007 to Jan 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.The fractures were classified as type C2 or C3 according to the AO classification.Thirty cases were treated with open reduction and locking plate internal fixation;while 68 cases were treated with closed reduction plaster immobilization. Results The functional rehabilitation was evaluated by Gartland-Werley scoring system.The results showed that the rate of excellent and good in plaster immobilization group was 82.4%（56/68）;while that in locking plate fixation group was 93.3%（28/30）.Conclusion Locking plate has advantages of stable fixation and early functional rehabilitation in treatment of distal radius fractures and should be widely used,especially for the senile osteoporotic patients.
