摘　　要：《文物》1992年第9期发表的《江陵张家山两座汉墓出土大批竹简》公布了张家山336号汉墓《功令》两枚竹简的照片,我们据此加以释文并根据发掘报告及整理者的叙述,初步探讨了《功令》的内容、制定背景,试图为了解汉初律令体制提供具体的例证。The paper ＂A Great Number of Bamboo Slips Had been Unearthed at Zhangjiashan,Jiangling County＂ that was published in a journal Cultural Relic（No.9,1992） published pictures of two bamboo slips of Gong Ling（《功令》）excavated at Zhangjiashan（张家山）Han Tomb（No.336）.According to his own explanation of Gong Ling and the excavation report,the author explores the content and background of Gong Ling in order to provide a concrete illustration to understand system of laws and decrees in early Han Dynasty.
