摘　　要：近来民间资本运行的乱象频现,凸显民间资本运行之危机。本文通过当前发生的民间资本运行中的典型个案,透视民间资本运行的混乱的现象、根源及危害,揭示民间资本运行中法律机制的缺失和监督机制的失灵,在此基础上,思考探索如何为民间资本运行构建良性的法律保障机制。Disordered phenomenon in operation of nongovernmental capital has frequently occurred in recent years, which brings out the clues of operation crisis in nongovernmental capital. This paper is to examine the disordered phenomenon, source and harm existing in the operation crisis of nongovernmental capital and to reveal the failure in supervision mechanism as well as the loss in legal mechanism. On the basis, how to establish the healthy legal guarantee mechanism for nongovernmental capital operation is explored in this paper.
