摘　　要：上世纪八十年代以来,我国档案界深入讨论档案工作改革,探索文书立卷改革之路。关于是否立卷的讨论汇聚成针锋相对的两种观点。各自从不同的角度阐论批驳,莫衷一是。笔者通过细疏离析,将二者均作分呈,后加深入研究,所得之论如是。Since the 1980s, there is an in-depth discussion on the relorm ot arcmves work. Samultaneously search for road of the archiving documents reform. It finally formed two kinds of tip-for-tat point of view on whether to file. They argue from different angles, unable to decide which is right. The author will distinguish between them through the contrastive analysis. And finally reach a c.onclusion after much deeper research.
