摘　　要：档案信息服务与网络管理具有互动性,要使两者在实践层面上达到协同,必将对网络管理产生一定影响,也必然带来网络管理与档案信息服务的有效结合,实现信息范围内资源的整合与协同利用,笔者在国内外学者研究的基础上,提出基于网络管理的档案信息服务平台建设这一服务举措,它是连接互动而产生效应的关键。The archive information service is interactive with network management, making both to be synergetic in practice will produce certain effects on network management, and necessarily bring effective combination of network management and archive information service, and realize the integration and synergy use of resources＇ within the scope of information. On the basis of the research results of other scholars, the author gives the archive information service platform construction based on the network management, which is the key of the link interactions and producing effects.
