摘　　要：详细介绍了武汉市三金潭污水处理厂卵形消化池的启动过程,针对我国南方城市污水处理厂污泥的特点,进行了调试期能耗计算及初期投泥量的控制计算,指出调试启动过程需制定严谨的工作计划并合理使用资源才能达到节能降耗的目的。The start-up process of egg-shaped digester in Sanjintan Sewage Treatment Plant is introduced. The energy consumption in commissioning period and the control of dosing volume of sludge in early stage are calculated according to the characteristics of sludge from sewage treatment plants in the southern China. It is suggested that rigorous work plans should be developed, and the resources are rationally used to achieve energy-saving and consumption reduction during the start-up.
