我国退役运动员再就业资本的获得及资本性功能分析

摘　　要：再就业问题是关乎运动员退役后能否生存和发展的关键性问题,是困扰我国竞技体育事业可持续发展的最大瓶颈,备受政府、社会和广大学者的关注,各方都在积极探索有效的解决方式和途径。运用分析与实证相结合的方法,从退役运动员再就业的必要性入手,在系统分析运动员再就业现状的基础上,就再就业所需资本、资本获得及资本的功能等几个方面对再就业问题进行分析,提出相关对策。Re-employment problem is a key issue related to athlete＇s survival and development after retirement in China, It is the biggest bottleneck of the sustainable development of competitive sports in China, the government, the society and the scholars, all parties actively explore effective ways and methods to solve it. This paper uses normative analysis and empirical combination of methods, from retires necessary obtaining which the athlete re-employment, in the system analysis again of obtain employment on the basis of the current situation, then again obtain employment required capital, capital and capital function and several other aspects of again obtain employment problem undertook thorough analysis, and offered relevant countermeasure. The main purpose is to provide a new perspective and theoretical reference for solving the problem of retired athlete re-employment.
