摘 要:[目的]探讨微格教学在院前护士急救技能培训中的应用。[方法]将28名护士随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用传统教学方法进行急救技能培训教学,观察组采用微格教学法。比较两组护士培训后急救操作技能考核成绩。[结果]观察组护士急救技能操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在院前护士急救技能培训中应用微格教学法,能够及时反馈和纠正护士在练习过程中存在的不足,激发练习的兴趣和主动意识,提高教学质量。To probe into the application of microteaching in nur- ses'pre- hospital emergency skills training. Methods:A total of 28 nurses were randomly divided into observation group (n= 14) and control group (n= 14). The control group cases accepted traditional teaching methods, while the observation group adopted microteaching method. Then the test results of nurses'pre- hospital emergency skills training between the two groups were compared. Results:The test results of observation group were higher than that of control group(P^0.05). Conclusion:The application of microteaching in nurses' pre- hospital emergency skills training could time- ly feedback and correct nurses" shortage in the process of the practice. It al- so could stimulate interest and initiative awareness of the practice and im- prove the quality of teaching.
