高效液相色谱法测定利肺片中甘草酸含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定利肺片中甘草酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用岛津C18柱(15 cm×6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%乙酸铵溶液-冰乙酸(60∶40∶1)为流动相,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果甘草酸质量浓度在0.016 85～0.168 5 g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为96.87%,RSD=0.72%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于利肺片中甘草酸的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Lifei Tablets.Methods The C18 ODS（15 cm×6 mm,5 μm） was used with methanol-0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate-aceti cacid（60 ∶40 ∶1） as mobile phase.The detecting wavelength was 250 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results Adenosine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.016 85～0.168 5 g/L（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery of glycyrrhizic acid was 96.87%,RSD=0.72%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility.It is suitable for the quality control of Lifei Tablets processed.
