摘　　要：目的建立测定治伤胶囊中欧前胡素含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),检测波长为300 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果欧前胡素质量浓度线性范围为5.18～51.75μg/mL,平均加样回收率为99.35%,RSD=0.39%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便,结果准确,能有效控制治伤胶囊的质量。Objective To determine the content of imperatorin by HPLC in Zhishang Capsule.Methods The determination was carried out on Symmetry C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-H2O（65 ∶35）.The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detective wavelength was at 300 nm.Results The content of imperatorin can be determined by RP-HPLC.The linear concentration range of imperatorin were 5.18～51.75 μg/mL.The average recoveries was 99.35%,RSD was 0.39%（n=6）.Conclution The method is simple and accurate,and can be used to control the quality of Zhishamg Capsule.
