摘　　要：目的了解医院神经内科门诊安神类中成药使用情况,以促进其合理使用。方法对医院网络信息数据库中成药管理系统中,2008年至2010年神经内科门诊的中成药数量、金额等分类统计分析。结果 3年中,神经内科门诊使用的安神类中成药占该科中成药的26.67%,占全院门诊安神类中成药的48.04%。结论神经内科门诊安神类中成药使用结构稳定,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate and analyze the use situation of traditional Chinese sedative medicines in the neurology department so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use in our hospital.Methods From the network information database,the utilization of traditional Chinese sedative medicines for outpatients in the neurology department during 2008-2010 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs by classification.Results During these 3 years,the utilization of traditional Chinese sedative medicines for outpatients accounted for 26.67%of traditional Chinese patent medicines in the neurology department and 48.04%of traditional Chinese sedative medicines in whole hospital outpatient department.Conclusion The structure utilizing traditional Chinese sedative medicines for outpatients in the neurology department is stable with less adverse reactions,which is worthy of being popularized in clinic.
