我院抗菌药物使用季节变化规律分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院不同季节抗菌药物使用量的变化规律,以利药品库房合理采购、医生合理用药。方法以2009年9月至2010年8月抗菌药物使用金额占药品总金额的比例为考察指标,采用独立样本t检验,分析不同季节抗菌药物使用量的差异性。结果抗菌药物使用总比例秋(X=27.12%)大于夏(X=21.08%),P<0.01;β-内酰胺类抗生素使用比例冬(X=19.58%)大于夏(X=15.65%),P<0.01;氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物使用比例秋(X=2.50%)大于夏(X=1.79%),P>0.05;硝咪唑类抗菌药物使用比例秋(X=3.15%)大于夏(X=0.92%),P<0.05。结论所有抗菌药物使用比例总体表现为秋季明显多于夏季,其中β-内酰胺类抗生素使用比例冬季显著高于夏季,硝咪唑类抗菌药物使用比例秋季显著高于夏季,氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物使用比例与季节没有显著的相关性。Objective To understand the change rule of antibiotic use amount in different seasons in our hospital to facilitate the drug warehouse to purchase drugs rationally and doctors to use drugs rationally.Methods The amount of antibiotic use accounting for the proportion of the total amount of drugs from September 2009 to August 2010 was used as the investigating data and the independent sample t test was adopted to analyze the difference of antibiotics use among different seasons.Results The proportion of antibiotic use in autumn（X =27.12%） was more than that in summer（X =21.08%）,P〈 0.01;the proportion of β-lactam antibiotics use in winter（X =19.58%） was more than that in summer（X =15.65%）,P〈 0.01;the proportion of fluoroquinolone antibiotics use in autumn（X =2.50%） was more than that in summer（X =1.79%）,P 〉0.05;the proportion of nitroimidazoles antibiotic use in autumn（X =3.15%） was more than that in summer（X =0.92%）,P 〈0.05.Conclusion The use of antibiotics in our hospital shows that using antibiotics in autumn is significantly more than that in summer.Among them,β-lactam antibiotics use in winter was significantly more than that in summer,nitroimidazole antibiotic use in autumn was significantly higher than that in summer;no significant relation exists between the proportion of fluoroquinolone antibiotics use with seasons.
