大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒、热证大鼠模型胃组织EGF、TGF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒、热证大鼠模型的相关作用机制。方法:建立醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒、热证大鼠模型,ELISA法观察胃组织EGF、TGF-α的表达情况。结果:EGF的表达量在寒、热因素结合醋酸涂抹,或单纯寒、热因素结合假手术皆降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),且在病证结合模型上显著低于单纯证或病模型,但寒模与热模无显著差别(P>0.05)。TGF含量在各模型组胃组织皆降低,在病证结合模型上显著低于单纯证或病模型,但寒模与热模无显著差别。结论:热性方剂理中丸、寒性方剂大黄黄连泻心汤分别对胃溃疡寒、热证的影响体现在对应寒、热(证)模型中,具有方证相应的特点。Objective ：To study the mechanism and regulation of Dahuan Huanglian Xiexin Decoction and Lizhong Pill on Peptic Ulcer models with cbld and hot syndrome. Methods：Estabilish acetic acid daub ulcer models with cold and hot syndrome. Detected the EGF, TGF - α in the stomacil tissue. Results ： Compared to the blank group ,the Content of EGF and TGF - α decreased in the cold syndrome and the hot syndrome. There was no difference between the two groups. Conclusion：The mechanism of the cold formulae Dahuan Huanglian Xiexin Decoction and the hot formulae Lizhong Pill embodied in different aspects.
