糖尿病肾病中医病名源流探索性研究

摘　　要：目的:对糖尿病肾病中医病名源流进行探索性研究。方法:检索糖尿病肾病中医病名相关现代文献,采用内容分析法初步确定检索词。古籍文献梳理相关度高的古籍条文制定专家咨询问卷,通过专家咨询判断中医病名与糖尿病肾病的吻合程度,对糖尿病肾病的中医病名源流进行初步探索。结果:现代文献检索到相关文献17篇,提取相关中医病名11个,采用内容分析法,确定初步检索词"消肾,肾消,内消,肾渴,下消"。专家咨询研究认为"肾消"、"下消"与糖尿病肾病的吻合度较高。"消肾"与糖尿病肾病的吻合度,专家之间争议较大。而"肾渴"和"内消"的吻合度则相对较低。结论:中医病名源流探索研究是中医病名规范化的前提,其研究方法仍有待不断完善和创新。Objective ：To explore origin of traditional Chinese medicine name of diabetic nephropathy. Methods ： Our study retrieved modem literature related to traditional Chinese medicine name of diabetic nephropathy disease, and ascertained search term by content analysis. Then we reviewed and sorted ancient literature, formulated expert consultation questionnaire, and estimated coincide degree of traditional Chinese medicine name and clinical feature of diabetic nephropathy. Results：We searched 17 articles and found 11 related Chinese medicine names. We decided ＂Xiao Shen＂, ＂Shen Xiao＂, ＂Nei Xiao＂, ＂Shen Ke＂, ＂ Xia Xiao＂ as search terms by content analysis. Among these terms, ＂Shen Xiao＂ and＂ Xia Xiao＂ were commonly accepted by experts. ＂Xiao Shen＂ existed large controversy after expert consultation. Coincide degrees of＂ Shen Ke＂ and ＂ Nei Xiao＂ were thought to be relatively low. Conclusion：Exploratory study of origin of traditional Chinese medicine disease name is the premise of disease standardization. Research method still remains to be continuous improved and innovated.
