摘　　要：功能性便秘是临床常见病和多发病,通过检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)上近10年来针刺治疗功能性便秘的RCT文献,对其研究现状进行总结与分析,发现国内的研究设计质量普遍不够高,存在随机化分组不明确,未提及盲法,样本量少等问题。建议施行高质量的严谨的多中心大样本随机对照试验,以提高国内临床研究的水平,为临床疗效提供可靠的证据。Functional constipation is a common and frequently - occurring disease. By inspecting China Academic Journal （CNKI） ,we screen for randomized controlled trials of acupuncture therapy for functional constipation in the past 10 years, analyze and summarize the current situation in the included literatures. It shows that the quality of the domestic clinical research is not high, the methods of randomization is not clear, it even did not mention the methods of blinding and lack of samples. It is proposed that we need implement HI - Q rigorous muhicenter large sample RCT to improve the quality of the domestic clinical research and provide reliable evidence of efficacy.
