摘　　要：在资源和环境问题日益严峻的今天,将资源可持续利用思想引入废旧轮胎处置中,不仅能节省我国有限的橡胶资源,还能加快汽车和轮胎产业的发展井带动相关行业,必定能使环境效益和经济效益达到双赢。As the resource and environment problems getting serious, the thought of sustainable utilization of resource was brought into waste tires recovery. It helps not only save the rubber resource, but also promote the development of automobile and tire industry, and drive the relative industries, so as to realize win-win of. environmental benefit and economic benefit.
