摘 要:目的研究板蓝根的红细胞凝集活性成分。方法对板蓝根药材进行系统化学部位分离,采用红细胞凝集活性检测法探讨各化学部位的抗病毒活性;针对活性最强的部位建立10批不同产地样品的HPLC指纹图谱并进行生物测定,运用数理统计方法研究谱效相关性。结果板蓝根正丁醇萃取部位对家兔红细胞的凝集作用最强;谱效相关性研究发现2号、11号共有峰(保留时间分别为7.23、43.00 min)的相对峰面积所占比例越大,样品的凝集作用也越强。结论 2号、11号峰可能为板蓝根抗病毒作用的特征峰,所建立的板蓝根HPLC特征图谱与药效作用的关系,可为建立"指纹图谱与药效关联"的中药质量控制模式提供理论依据和数据支持。Objective To study the active components in Isatidis Radix with agglutination effect on red blood cells.Methods The different extracts from Isatidis Radix were obtained by the means of systematic solvent extraction and their antivirus activity was studied by hemagglutination test.The HPLC fingerprints of the most active extracts from Isatidis Radix were established and also the extracts were bioassayed.The spectrum-activity relationship of the extracts was studied by mathematical statistics method.Results The n-butanol extracts had the best agglutination effect on red blood cells of the rabbit.The study on the spectrum-activity relationship of the extracts found that the greater the proportional area of common peaks 2 and 11(retention time were 7.23 and 43.00 min) of the extracts had,the stronger the agglutination effect of the extracts had.Conclusion Common peaks 2 and 11 could be characteristic peak for anti-virus activity of Isatidis Radix.The spectrum-activity relationship of Isatidis Radix established could provide the theoretical basis and the data support for the pattern of quality control of Chinese materia medica.
