摘 要:目的:从抗氧化和清除自由基的角度综合探讨白茅根对酒精中毒所致肝和脑损伤的保护作用。方法:采用白酒灌胃建立酒精中毒模型,酒精中毒模型建立成功的小鼠分为酒精中毒模型组和白茅根治疗组。白茅根治疗组用白茅根提取液按中等剂量12g/kg给小鼠灌胃,连续灌胃21d;各组到相对应的时间点后测定肝及脑组织中SOD活力、MDA含量和抑制羟自由基能力。结果:与正常对照组相比,酒精中毒模型组小鼠肝及脑组织中SOD活力和抑制羟自由基能力均显著降低(P<0.01),MDA含量则明显升高(P<0.01);经用白茅根治疗后SOD活力和抑制羟自由基能力均显著升高(P<0.01),MDA含量则显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:白茅根可以降低羟自由基,提高机体抗氧化能力,提示白茅根对酒精中毒所致的肝和脑损伤具有保护作用。Objective: To study protective effects of Imperata Rhizomes on alcoholic-induced brain injury and liver injury in mice. Methods.. The mice model of alcoholism were established by perfusing stomach with alcohol. The alcoholism model mice were randomly divided into of model of alcoholism group and Imperata Rhizomes treatment group. The SOD and MDA and OH. in brain and liver tissue were detected. Results.. The MDA in brain and liver tissue of alcoholism model mice was significantly increased, but the activities of SOD and OH. were significantly decreased than those in normal group. After Imperata Rhizomes intervention, the MDA was significantly decreased compared with the model of alcoholism group respectively. But the activities of SOD and OH. were significantly increased. Conclusion. Imperata Rhizomes possess the reliable function of eliminating free radicals and has antioxidant, it can protect alcoholic brain and liver injury in mice.
