摘 要:以水冬瓜赤杨、暴马丁香、山桃稠李、花楸、黄檗1a生离体枝条为试验材料,经过7个不同低温处理以后,测定其电导率,并用Logistic方程拟合求拐点值来估计其半致死温度(LT50),探讨其耐寒性。结果表明:水冬瓜赤杨、暴马丁香、山桃稠李、花楸、黄檗这5种树种离体枝条的电解质外渗率均随处理温度的降低而呈横"S"形上升趋势,但上升的幅度有差异,其中,山桃稠李上升幅度最大,黄檗上升幅度最小,其离体枝条的LT50分别为:-31.53、-29.56、-25.76、-27.85、-33.12℃;从电解质外渗率和LT50数值分析,其耐寒力大小依次为:黄檗>水冬瓜赤杨>暴马丁香>花楸>山桃稠李。Taking one aged vitro shoots of Aluns cremastogyne Burkill. Syringa retiulata var. znandshurica, Prunus maackii ,Sorbus pohuashanensis (Hance)Hedl., PheUodendron amurense Rupr as the materials, their cold tolerance under different low temperature by detemining therelative electric conductivity in vitro shoots of trees were studied. The semilethal temeperature of the above shoots were gotten from Logistic equation. The results showed that the relative electric conductivity increased as a S-curves with the decreased of temperature. There were differences among the different spices, there was a sharp increasen Prunnus rnaackii and increase of REC on Phellodendron arnurense Rupr. According to these S-shapedcurves and the Logistic equation, it could be calculated the semi-lethal temperature (LT50)of Aluns cremastogyne Burkill. , Syringa retiulata var. mandshurica, Prunus maackii. , Sorbus pohuashanensis ( Hance ) Hedl. and Phellodendron arnurense Rupr. whice was --31.53, --29. 56, --25. 76, --27. 85 and --33. 12℃ respectively. Among the five species,the cold tolerance of Phellodendron amurense Rupr. stick was the strongest, followed by Aluns cremastog yne Burkill. , S yringa retiulata vat. mandshurica , Sorbus pohuashanensis ( Hanee ) Hedl. and Prunus rnaackii.
