不同药剂对平菇绿色木霉的防治研究

摘　　要：采用室内抑菌试验,测定6种药剂对绿色木霉和平菇菌丝的抑菌作用。结果表明:菇棚药效试验中,6种药剂的防治效果均达到92%以上,其中高效绿霉净WP 1 500倍液、100%克霉先锋WP 1 000倍液的防效最好,其校正防效达96%;室内杀菌及抑菌毒力筛选试验中,70%菌绝杀SP 1 000倍液、高效绿霉净WP 1 500倍液对绿色木霉具有较强的抑菌作用,且平菇菌丝生长浓密。Indoor antibacterial test was used for testing of inhibition of Trichoderma viride and Pleurotus ostreatus hyphae with 6 kinds of chemicals. The results showed that from shed the efficiency of 6 kinds of fungicides were all over 92 %, in which Lvmeijing WP 1 500 folds and Kemeixianfeng WP 1 000 folds achieved the best result of 96 %. The results of indoor screening showed that 70% Junjuesha SP 1 000 folds and Lvmeijing WP 1 500 folds showed strong inhibition to Trichoderrna viride while density of Pleurotus ostreatus hyphae was still very well.
