草木犀流浸液片间歇给药联合运动疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对草木犀流浸液片间歇给药联合运动疗法、美洛昔康分散片治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效及实验指标进行观察。方法将60例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例，试验组应用草木犀流浸液片间歇给药联合运动疗法进行观察治疗，对照组应用美洛昔康分散片进行对照治疗。治疗90d后对两组患者的疗效及实验指标进行评价。结果试验组的总疗效为96．7％，对照组为93．3％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组治疗前后实验指标的参数比较差异亦无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论草木犀流浸液片间歇给药联合运动疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎与美洛昔康分散片的疗效相似，且未见不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effecti andexperimental index of intermittent do- sing of melilotus extract tablets combined with exercise ＇on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Sixty cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into trial group and control group, the trail group was giv- en intermittent dosing of melilotus extract tablets combined with exercise therapy. The control group was given meloxicam dispersible tablets. Then the curative effect and experimental parameters of the two groups after 90 days were evaluated. Results The total curative effect of the trail group was 96.7%, the control group was 93.3%. There were no significant differences of experimental index parameters be- tween the two groups before or after the treatment （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions The therapeutic effects of melilotus extract tablets combined with exercise therapy and meloxicam dispersible tablets were similar, and without side effects.
