摘 要:对复摆颚式破碎机运动机构优化设计进行了研究。首先,推导出了该机构动颚板上下端点的运动轨迹曲线方程和动颚板与固定颚板之间的啮角公式;其次,根据动颚特性值、破碎机的产量、进料口和排料口的尺寸,以及机构的特点等,建立了复摆颚式破碎机运动机构优化设计数学模型;最后,用C++语言和半惩罚函数优化方法,编写了复摆颚式破碎机运动机构优化设计程序,以PEF400×600型复摆颚式破碎机运动机构为例进行优化设计,优化结果较令人满意。The paper studied the optimization design of the motion mechanism of the compound pendulum jaw crusher.Firstly,it deduced the motion trajectory equations for upper and lower end-point of the jaw plate in the motion mechanism as well as the formula for the meshing angel between moving jaw plate and fixed one.Secondly,according to the characteristic value of the moving jaw plate,capacity of the jaw crusher,dimensions of entrance and outlet as well as the mechanism features,the paper built the mathematical model for the optimization design of the motion mechanism of the compound pendulum jaw crusher.Finally,it used C++ language and semi-penalty function optimization method to compile the program for the optimization design of the motion mechanism of the compound pendulum jaw crusher,and took PEF400×600 compound pendulum jaw crusher to carry out the optimization design,the optimization results were satisfactory.
