选煤生产工艺参数实时预测系统平台的设计

摘　　要：对河北冀中能源某选煤厂工艺流程进行了分析,设计了生产工艺参数实时预测平台。通过增设Logix5000 PLC、单向数据采集模块、输送带秤和灰分仪等设备,采用Ifix4.0上位机组态软件,完成了基于重介旋流器入料压力、合格介质密度、入料原煤、精煤、中煤和矸石数量及灰分等动态测量值的重介分选生产工艺参数实时检测系统的软、硬件系统开发,实现了原煤密度组成、分选密度、介质控制密度和产品质量的实时预测。By analyzing the process flow of a coal preparation plant in Jizhong Energy Group Co.,Ltd,the paper designed a real-time prediction system.Through the addition of a Logix5000 PLC,one-way data acquisition modules,belt scales and ash gauges as well as the application of Ifix4.0 configuration software,the system hardware and software development were completed.The system could realtime detect the technical parameters of heavy medium separation process such as the inlet pressure of dense medium cyclone,density of qualified medium,quantity and ash of feed coal,washed coal,middling,gangue and other dynamic parameters.It realized the real-time prediction of the density composition of raw coal,sorting density,medium density and product quality.
