摘  要:用氢氧化物前驱体硫化法制备了Zn/Cd摩尔比不同的ZnS-CdS复合纳米粒子。用XRD表征了不同制备方法前驱体及最终产物的晶体结构和组成。用UV-Vis DRS研究了样品的光吸收性能。以SO32-/S2-为电子给体,研究了不同Zn/Cd样品载铂后的放氢活性。当硫酸镉和硫酸锌同时被NaOH沉淀后再硫化所得样品ZnS-CdS-2∶1的放氢活性最大,同时具有较好的稳定性。ZnS-CdS composite nanoparticles with different Zn/Cd molar ratio were prepared by sulfuration of a double hydroxide precursor.The crystal structure and composition of the precursors and products obtained by different preparation method were investigated by XRD.The optical absorption properties of the products were characterized by UV-Vis DRS.Using the SO2-3/S2-as electron donor and Pt as a cocatalyst,hydrogen evolution of the products with different molar ratio of Zn/Cd was studied.The product ZnS-CdS-2∶1,which was synthesized that the mixture of cadmium sulfate and zinc sulphate first was precipitated with NaOH solution,following sulfuration with S2-,had the highest photoactivity and good stability.
