摘 要:上海劳动者报酬份额不但低于全国平均水平,也低于北京与天津这两个直辖市的水平。上海劳动者报酬份额较低是经济发展阶段、投资状况、产业结构、收入分配体制与就业状况等因素共同作用的结果。劳动者报酬份额较低使公众难以有效分享改革开放成果,影响到扩大消费与发挥消费拉动经济发展的应有作用。未来一段时期上海有待通过率先转变经济发展方式以及深入推进收入分配体制改革等措施,努力提升劳动者报酬份额,促进经济社会全面发展。The salary level in Shanghai is lower than the national average level.Compared with Beijing and Tianjin,the other two municipalities,Shanghai is lower,too.This is determined by various reasons,i.e.the local economic development,investment,industrial structure,the income distribution and employment.The low salary level has prevented the public from sharing the benefits brought about by the reform and opening-up policy and also has hindered the economic development since the low salary level would not stimulate consumption.The healthy economic development in Shanghai would not be achieved without the transformation of economic development models,the reform of income distribution and a salary increase.
