我国商业赛马赛事风险管理体系的构建

摘　　要：采用文献资料、实地调研等研究方法,以武汉市商业赛马赛事为例,结合赛马运动和赛马博彩的特点,讨论我国商业赛马风险体系构建的必要性,以及商业赛马赛事可能引发的政策法律、管理体制、经济及赛制等风险。针对以上风险进行评估、管理和控制,构建我国商业赛马赛事的风险管理体系。With the methods of literature review and field work, this paper, taking the commercial horse race in Wuhan as an example and combing horse race and horse betting, states the necessity of constructing commercial horse race risk system and the policies and laws, management systems, economic or event risks etc it may bring about. With the assessment, management and control of the risks above, the paper targets for establishing risk management system in China＇ s commercial horse race.
